What kind of optimization can be tested to minimize stickiness?

Fidabio data analysis software can tolerate mildstickiness without impacting the readout. In cases of strong stickiness betweenthe sample and the capillary there are a few methods that can be used.

It’s important to note that the capillary wall is made of fused silica, hence itwill have an induced negative charge. This can cause interactions withproteins. To overcome this, you can:

1.     Coat the capillary with our dynamiccoating solution

2.     Use our permanently coated capillary.

Modifythe buffer with e.g. salt or change the pH to limit the interaction between theproteins and the capillary wall.
