Targeting common Bioprocessing Challenges
Challenge
Monitoring protein aggregation
FIDA quantifies aggregates present in the sample and delivers a relative overview of the sizes of aggregates. FIDA QC scans can be done at any stage of the process, pre or post purification, formulation or after a prolonged storage. Aggregation monitoring allows our users to make informed adjustments in their production parameters and storage conditions.
Purification conditions
Size and quality tracking during different stages of the purification process make it possible to identify optimal conditions for achieving high yield and quality.
Protein (product) stability
Measurement of size changes overtime and under diverse conditions makes it possible to identify environmental settings that slow down protein degradation, and guide the development of protein formulations of improved stability.
Cell culture productivity assessment
FIDA can provide information about protein behaviour in solution. This information can be incorporated as a quality control step combined with other strategies and technologies.
