How to measure protein stability with Fida 1?

By using our UV-fluorescence detector you can measure the stability of your protein in any buffer system using only 40 nL in approximately 5 minutes. You simply load the protein into the Fida 1 instrument, run your experiment and the readout will tell you the size of your protein and, e.g., if there are any aggregates. If the protein structure is known remember to use the PDB correlator to extract information on the oligomeric state of the protein.
